As the academic year has started, the education sector is one of the busiest in Namibia. From Primary to tertiary, its registrations and busy schedules for the staff members. This is no exception for RVTC. With registration which started on the 14th of January and expected to end the 22nd of January 2019, the Centre is so busy to its maximum.
When the year begins, VET Trainers are expected to give their best as the 2019 resolution. On the 15th of January 2019, a well-known motivator, coach and trainer in leadership Saki Nikodemus became a blessing for RVTC. Mr. Saki was in Rundu for a one week mentorship to the Regional Council Education directorate in Kavango East region.
Saki decided to pay a visit to the RVTC and give a motivational speech to the staff. The presentation by this talented Namibian was of great help to RVTC. He touched on various aspects to encourage them as the title “Going an extra miles” could explain itself. He encouraged the staff members to work more than they did in 2018 in relation to what the Head of state declared 2019 as the year of accountability.
In conclusion, Sack ended this motivating presentation with these words; “Success doesn’t just come and find you, you have to go out and get”.
